Semi hard mature cheese, it has a uniform pale yellow colour, a smooth taste and a firm and resistant texture. 

It can be used as grated, sliced and melted cheese.

Chanco cheese

Semi hard mature cheese, it has a uniform pale yellow colour, a smooth taste and the presence of eyes, which are homogeneously distributed on the dough.

Prato cheese

Semi hard mature cheese, it has a uniform pale yellow colour. It can or cannot have the presence of small eyes. 

It can be sliced or chopped for sales units destined for the retail market. It can also be used for processed cheese.
